AUTHORIZED ANY EXTRA MEETINGS OF THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION TO ACCOMPLISH THIS TASK. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> Council Member Pederson added the idea of a billboard type sign on the <br /> City property by the spray irrigation area. <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding what type of signs the City should <br /> consider and what City ordinances allow. <br /> The consensus of the Council agreed that Mayor Adams, Council Member <br /> Pederson, and Council Member Loukota will look into options for community <br /> signs and involve City Staff as needed. <br /> D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> > Virgil Dahl—The City Council declared this property a public nuisance and <br /> must be cleaned up by July 7. (10/06 to present) <br /> > John and Barbara Derksen—Exterior storage. The City Council rescinded <br /> the agreement with Mr. Derksen. Another Public Nuisance Hearing will be <br /> held July 7. (5/13) <br /> > Cathi McBryde —Exterior storage. Enforcement has begun. (5/13) <br /> > Carter McAnnich— Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. Enforcement <br /> has begun. (5/13) <br /> > Diane Koval — Exterior storage. Enforcement has begun. (4/16) <br /> > Robert Swenson—The City Council declared this property a public nuisance <br /> and the mobile home, garage,breezeway and deck with hot tub must be <br /> removed by August 15. (6/16) <br /> > Steven&Pamela Cheney— Non-permitted Use. (3/17) <br /> > Timothy&Kristi Crist— Exterior Storage and Lawn. (4/17) <br /> > Jan Lee — Exterior Storage and Maintenance.
