City Council Special Meeting Minutes <br /> May 2, 2017 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> City Attorney Scott explained that these items are consistent with what is <br /> being presented to the Council tonight and he requested immediate <br /> execution of the signature page by the Property Owner, Mayor, and City <br /> Administrator. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO ACCEPT THE <br /> AGREEMENT AND CONSENT TO REMOVAL OF CODE VIOLATIONS <br /> AND NUISANCE CONDITIONS MADE BY JOHN R. AND BARBARA J. <br /> DERKSEN FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 31116 ASH STREET, <br /> PEQUOT LAKES, MN AS PRESENTED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY. <br /> MAYOR ADAMS SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-1. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON OPPOSED. <br /> The Agreement was signed by John Derksen, Property Owner; Nancy <br /> Adams, Mayor; and Nancy Malecha, City Administrator. <br /> 4. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON <br /> MOVED TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION.
