August 16, 2011 Minutes <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br />' "Commissioners present: Bob Peterson, Robert Ritter, Laura Hofius, Trudy Jurchen, Lorraine Youngberg, <br />Also present: Executive Director Carlson, Assistant Director Anderson, Mayor Adams <br />Tenants: P. Hoskins, J. Hoskins, D. Botham, <br />Call Meeting to Order 5:16 p.m. Chairman Peterson called to order the meeting of the Housing Authority. <br />Peterson welcomed everyone attending. <br />Consider Agenda & Bills No changes in the agenda <br />Consent Agenda/Regular Meeting approved Minutes & Payment of Bills <br />Moved by Youngberg, seconded by Ritter, All ayes; Motion carried. <br />West Grove <br />Full occupancy for the start of September. <br />Sibley Terrace <br />Board Resolution for 2011 CFP Funding of $22,154.00 which is $4500 less than last year. Motion to pass the <br />resolution to accept the funding. <br />Moved by Peterson, seconded by Jurchen, All ayes; Motion carried. <br />Parkview <br />Things have calmed down there. Cabinets are coming in for the fire damaged apartment. <br />Alpine <br />No Business <br />Executive Director's Report <br />We finally got HAP payment, but is not released yet or in the account. Reminding again that we had 5% taken <br />way due to not using the EIV system. We are recently accessible to EIV now. Due to the rent study we will <br />`-oe lowering rent and there is an increase in the utility allowance for some of the units. Parkview is very tight on <br />money. <br />Maintenance Engineer's Report <br />Things are going good. Nothing noted. <br />Other Business <br />No Business <br />Open Forum <br />Mayor Adams noted that Executive Director Carlson attend the City Council Meeting concerning the levy <br />budget for West Grove.
