12. That garbage,junk, and other debris, have been allowed to accumulate and <br /> are currently present in plain view on the premises of the property and constitute a public <br /> nuisance and hazard to the public health, safety and welfare of the community. <br /> 13. Photographs documenting the current hazardous condition of the building are <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit 1. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is found as a matter of fact that the buildings on the <br /> property constitute hazardous buildings and that the property on which the buildings are located <br /> is hazardous;that the buildings must be brought into compliance with the state building code or <br /> razed and removed. <br /> The owner of the property is hereby ordered to either: <br /> (1)repair said dwelling within Thirty(30) days after service of this Order <br /> upon you, i.e.,hire a licensed plumber to restore running water to the dwelling; all exterior <br /> surfaces must be repaired to a weather resistive state; a heat source and insulation must be <br /> installed; any damaged framing members,walls or rafters on the dwelling and garage must be <br /> repaired or replaced; and the dangerous entrance to the dwelling must be corrected; or <br /> (2)raze and remove said dwelling within Thirty(30)days after service of <br /> this Order upon you and fill any excavation left after the razing of said buildings so that there <br /> will be no hazard to the public health and safety; and you are further ordered to remove from said <br /> premises any personal property and fixtures within Thirty(30)days after service of this Order <br /> upon you, if the dwelling is razed. <br /> The City will make a motion for summary enforcement of this Order to the <br /> District Court of Crow Wing County, Minnesota, if the corrective action is not taken as ordered, <br /> or unless an answer is served within 20 days from the date this Order was served upon you, <br /> as provided in Minnesota Statutes Section 463.18. <br /> 2 <br />
