You have knowingly maintained conditions on your above-reference property <br /> located at 3952 County Road 17(the"Property")that violate the City's Code of <br /> Ordinances (the"City Code") and which constitute a public nuisance. Specifically,you <br /> have allowed numerous items to be stored out in the open, namely piles of trash, <br /> lumber,tires, a fifth-wheel trailer with a makeshift wall made of wood, metal pieces, and <br /> several other piles of miscellaneous items on the Property in violation of the City's Code <br /> of Ordinances and nuisance regulations (the"City Code"). Further,you have failed to <br /> remedy such conditions despite receiving written notice of violation from the City dated <br /> May 20, 2016 and executing a Letter of Agreement dated July 7, 2016. <br /> This letter is intended to provide you notice of the City Code violations and nuisance <br /> conditions that continue on your Property and the corrective action that is necessary for <br /> you to avoid additional legal action against you. <br /> Violations of City Code and Nuisance Conditions <br /> The accumulation of numerous items stored out in the open, namely piles of trash, <br /> lumber,tires, a fifth-wheel trailer with a makeshift wall made of wood, metal pieces, and <br /> piles of miscellaneous items on the Property is in violation of the following City Code <br /> provisions: <br /> 1 <br />
