1) "All structures and appurtenances shall be constructed in accordance <br /> with the general standards of the building industry. The City does not <br /> examine plans nor assume liability for the structural stability or quality <br /> of any structures. <br /> 2) All dwelling units shall be a minimum of 20 feet wide and shall be placed <br /> on a foundation. <br /> 8) Plumbing and electrical facilities installed after the date of this ordinance <br /> in all structures shall conform to the State Plumbing Code and State <br /> Electrical Code. <br /> 6. Structures #2 and #3 must be moved as indicated above by August 7, 2016; <br /> 7. The construction of the addition described above must begin by August 15, <br /> 2016 and be completed by October 1, 2016. <br /> PART TWO: Exterior Storage <br /> 1. All items currently stored out in the open shall be permanently removed and <br /> disposed of; <br /> 2. There shall be no further accumulation of refuse and debris on the premises; <br /> 3. There shall be no items stored out in the open that are visible from public right- <br /> of-way; <br /> 4. "Permanently removed"means removed from the premises, not moved to <br /> another location on the premises. <br /> PART THREE: Permission to Enter Property <br /> 1. Permission to enter your property by the City Administrator and Chief of Police <br /> will be granted within twenty(20) days from the acceptance of this Agreement <br /> and the issuance of the requested Land Use Permit; <br /> 2. The City Administrator/Clerk and Chief of Police shall be granted permission to <br /> enter your property every twenty(20) days thereafter until the public nuisance <br /> conditions are abated; <br /> 3. There must be, at a minimum, 25% removal of exterior storage and other public <br /> nuisance conditions with each 20-day visit until all violations have been abated <br /> and this property is in compliance.
