APPENDIX B-1 <br /> July 7, 2016 <br /> Virgil Dalai <br /> 3952 County Road 17 <br /> Pequot Lakes, MN 56472 <br /> RE: LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> Dear Mr. Dahl: <br /> Thank you for your ongoing willingness to work with the City of Pequot Lakes to make <br /> the improvements to your property that you wish to make while addressing the issues <br /> the City has regarding Zoning violations. The City's May 20, 2016 letter to you, hand <br /> delivered to you by the Pequot Lakes Police Department and attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof, outlined the public nuisance conditions that exist on your property. <br /> The City received your Land Use Permit Application June 27, 2016 requesting a permit <br /> to move the two storage units attaching them to the"sleeper"and constructing an <br /> addition creating a 20' X 58' dwelling. The City Code does not allow permits to be <br /> issued where zoning violations exist. In this case,however,the City Council <br /> unanimously directed the Zoning Specialist to issue the Land Use Permit subject to you <br /> executing this Agreement for your construction of the new dwelling and abating all code <br /> violations and public nuisance conditions that exist on your property, and granting the <br /> City permission to periodically enter your property to inspect your progress. <br /> PART ONE: Construction Activities <br /> 1. Structure #1 on attached Map "A",the 20'X 20' sleeper structure,will remain in <br /> its present location; <br /> 2. Structure #2 on attached Map"A", a 12'X 28' storage unit,will be moved and <br /> attached to Structure #1 as indicated on Map"B"; <br /> 3. Structure #3 on attached Map"A", a 10'X 16' storage unit,will be moved and <br /> attached to Structure #1 as indicated on Map "B"; <br /> 4. An addition to Structures #1, #2 and #3 will be constructed creating a 20'X 58' <br /> dwelling, as indicated as Structure #4 on Map"B"; <br /> 5. The completed 20'X 58'structure must comply with City Code Section 17-4.5, <br /> BUILDING STANDARDS, which states: <br /> 1 <br />
