The fieldwork results show no significant <br /> occurrences of potential contamination. <br /> Because no occurrences of potential contamination were <br /> identified, the County would like a resolution from the City <br /> concurring that all ESA obligations identified in the <br /> Agreement have been met and there is no need for future <br /> mitigation. <br /> Due to the size of the ESA reports, they are available upon <br /> request. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion adopting the <br /> attached resolution. <br />
