This can vary though, <br /> depending on meeting schedules, review times, etc. To accomplish the above services in a compressed time <br /> frame (to keep the overall process moving forward), we are proposing a Core Team. The Core Team will <br /> include the Mayor, a Council Member appointed by the Mayor, the City Administrator, the Public Works <br /> Supervisor, and WSN. Other staff may be brought in or consulted as needed by the Core Team. <br /> Further, we propose that the design fees for the next phases of work(construction documents, bidding and <br /> construction administration) be negotiated at the completion of this schematic design phase when the refined <br /> project size and scope is known. <br /> It is not unusual when it comes time for final design, specifications, and bidding that the fabric dome salt <br /> storage shelters are basically a design-build package that are sometimes bid separately from the other <br /> structures and site work.We have no problem if the City wants to pursue this approach—we just need to <br /> know in the subsequent phases. <br /> If you have questions or would like further information regarding our proposal, please contact us before the <br /> March 7th City Council meeting.
