This did not result in a change <br />from the previous job points. <br />Finance Administrator /Deputy City Clerk <br />• Revised job description <br />• Change in job points from 264 to 290 <br />• The Finance Administrator /Deputy City Clerk remain at same step <br />when new points are in place effective January 1, 2012 <br />This recommendation is made due to changes in the job description and a <br />reassignment of the State Job Class Titles. <br />Maintenance Worker <br />• Change in job points from 173 to 185 <br />• The Maintenance Workers remain at same step when new points are <br />in place effective January 1, 2012 <br />The recommendation is based on a percentage increase to the job points. <br />The job market rate (step 5) was outside of the market comparison band <br />for this position.
