7. MMUA Safety Training—Instructor: <br /> Bittner explained she had spoken with other cities that are part of our Safety Training <br /> Group who are also dissatisfied with the instructor. Items for concern have been his last <br /> minute cancellation of sessions, lack of preparedness, and tardiness. East Gull Lake has <br /> offered to speak to his supervisor. <br /> 8. Work Place Safety and Health: <br /> September 4, 2013 Minutes reflect an employee tripped on a brick on the Police <br /> Department steps. The Safety Committee Action Plan was to permanently remove the <br /> brick. Bittner stated this brick is again being used as a door stop. Officer Franz was <br /> given a copy of a page from a supply catalog indicating door stops to provide to his <br /> supervisor. Nancy Malecha will speak to Sgt. Turcotte, if necessary. <br /> 9. Work Place Injury Review: <br /> Nancy Malecha stated there had been no Workers Comp or Property Casualty accidents. <br /> 10. Other Business: <br /> There was no Other Business. <br /> 11.
