MOTION <br />that were provided for the <br />as it exists today with 84 lots <br />that could result in a total of 241 lots <br />'Pilled that a few years ago the Planning Commission decided <br />i e to develop at a higher density in order to maximize the <br />1pacity. Tommy stated that there is a lot of room for the City to <br />downtown area for development. Sewer and water capacity <br />needs to be considered when developing land in the downtown area. <br />Industrial Park: — Tommy explained the maps provided for the industrial park. <br />An overview of the industrial park as it exists today with 30 lots <br />• map showing the potential to eventually grow to 61 lots. <br />• map showing what is allowed by zoning — a potential of 105 lots <br />\-1 Tommy Woog explained that the industrial park is built to handle the 105 lots. <br />
