The costs are as follows: 16 <br />5 or a 20 foot banner for $320. The Commission <br />size of the banner and decided that a 16 foot banner would <br />the posts and keep the banner within the length of the wall. <br />Mike Loven stated that he checked with Mr. Guenther and was informed <br />that his class does not do banners. <br />CHAIR CLEMENT MOVED TO PURCHASE THE 16 FOOT BANNER <br />FROM DAVE DAHLMAN AT $275. COMMISSIONER ETTESVOLD <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />Discussion was held on the color of the banner. It was suggested that the <br />word "night" was not necessary.
