The Park Commission postponed its parks <br />tour due to weather. The tour will take place in June. The Commission discussed <br />the following: <br />• Location for new bike racks <br />• Sign banner to advertise bands in the park <br />• Master Park Plan <br />Economic Development Commission — May 17, 2011 <br />• Minutes are attached. The EDC has been discussing the potential of splitting the <br />lots in the downtown area and in the industrialibusiness park in order to induce <br />growth, increase the City's tax base and to get the best return out of the <br />infrastructure. The EDC had many questions on the existing sewer capacity and <br />discussed the need for a sewer facility use plan. Another item of discussion was <br />the method in which the City charges for WAC and SAC fees. The EDC felt it <br />
