PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS <br /> The Clerk's office has worked with Ray Niemann to implement the performance <br /> appraisal system. Now that the training has taken place, we will be looking at the format <br /> for the actual appraisal. Once we concur on the format, staff will begin implementing the <br /> performance reviews. The Police Department has already completed their reviews. We <br /> will have the rest of the employees completed by the end of October, early November. <br />
