The adjacent property located north and east of the subject property is zoned "Rural <br /> Residential",while the properties to the south and west are zoned"Recreational". <br /> Applicable Regulations: <br /> Section 17-5.6 RURAL RESIDENTIAL (RR) <br /> 1. Purpose and Intent: To provide a zoning classification that allows for low- <br /> density residential development.
