<br /> The applicant intends to subdivide the subject property into a 5.6 acre tract ("Tract A")
<br /> and a 26.53 acre tract (Remnant Tract). Proposed "Tract A" contains an accessory
<br /> structure while the proposed Remnant Tract is vacant. The accessory structure on
<br /> proposed "Tract A" •is conforming to the Rural Residential requirements. "Tract A"
<br /> conforms to the Rural Residential standards. Both of the proposed tracts have sufficient
<br /> access with a 33-foot easement for ingress and egress over Little Walnut Lane.
