MINUTES <br /> PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> SEPTEMBER 15, 2005 <br /> PRESENT: Bill Habein, Tom Adams, Tom Woog, Mark Hallan, Roger Varilek, and <br /> Scott Pederson. ABSENT: Dean Williams and John Derksen. <br /> CITY PLANNER: Charles Marohn, PE and Lisa Barajas. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: Dawn Bittner <br /> COUNCIL LIAISONS: Craig Nagel and Cathy Malecha. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Tom Woog, Commission Chair, at 6: 31 p.m. <br /> WILDERNESS POINT DEVELOPMENT: <br /> Jeff Miller, WSN, was present representing the developer. Mr. Miller passed out a packet <br /> of maps. Conditional Use Permit conditions: <br /> 1. Erosion control map — the shaded area will be temporarily seeded. Crow Wing <br /> County SWCD has inspected and found no problems. All items for the first <br /> phase have been completed. <br /> 2. Association Documents — the documents are being prepared and will have for <br /> the next meeting. A copy will be given to the City Attorney prior to the next <br /> meeting. <br /> 3. Sewer Design — Tim Houle, City Engineer, had submitted a letter that he has <br /> looked over Phase I and approved. Sewer and water is designed to be separate <br /> for each area and sized per Chapter 7080. The NPDES and SDS permits will be <br /> submitted next month. The existing drainfield has not been modified. Only <br /> clearing and grubbing have been done, next would be staking for pad elevation <br /> and establish rough grade, water and sewer would be next,then construction. <br /> 4. Bond—The bond is necessary for Final Plat. Mr. Miller plans to post bond. <br /> 5. #4 & #7 — October meeting plan Preliminary Plat review. November meeting <br /> plan to submit Final Plat. <br /> APPLICANT: Arlen Sergent <br /> Applicant requests to Rezone from Forestry to Agriculture.
