The Director spoke to
the fact that the office staff has been coming at 5:30 A.M. most of the summer, and no
later that 6:00 A.M. Technically eight hours is completed at 1:30 or 2:00 P.M. The office
hours will be changed for the summer months on the entrance to reflect these different
hours. According to the Personnel
Policy, comp time is given for hours beyond the forty-hour workweek, to be taken within
two weeks. Ex: both the Director and Assistant put in extra hours (8 or more) for the
open house for West Grove, and comp time will be given.
Meeting adjourned at 6:15 P.M.
Cam• Sec.
