City Council Minutes Page 7 <br /> May 4, 2004 <br /> 13.1. Request by Citizen to Forgive Water Bill <br /> The City Clerk recommended that the Council forgive a water bill in the <br /> amount of $311 .18 for Cy Fhyrlund due to staff error. She indicated that <br /> staff is working on procedures to eliminate these types of errors. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON MOVED TO FORGIVE THE PAST DUE <br /> WATER BILL IN THE AMOUNT OF $311.18 FOR CY FHYRLUND. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 13.2. County Road 11 — Shoulder Paving <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO DONATE AN ADDITIONAL <br /> $2,000 TOWARD THE HIGHWAY 11 SHOULDER PAVING PROJECT. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 13.3. Resolution Authorizing ADA Grant Application <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04- <br /> 010 IN SUPPORT OF A GRANT APPLICATION FOR POLLING PLACE <br /> ACCESSIBILITY. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 13.4. Industrial Park Update <br /> The Clerk updated the Council on the Industrial Park infrastructure <br /> extension. <br /> 13.5. Marshall Street Neighbor Concerns Regarding Babinski Building Permit <br /> The City Clerk reviewed the concerns of the Marshall Street residents <br /> regarding the Babinski property. The concerns related to the need for an <br /> environmental impact study, the large garbage pile on his lot, water run off <br /> from his property and emergency vehicle access to the property. The <br /> Clerk indicated that staff would be working with Mr. Babinski regarding <br /> these items during the permitting process. <br /> 14. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. <br />
