Section 6. Hours of sale--intoxicating liquor. <br /> (a) No on sale of intoxicating liquor shall be made after 1:00 a.m., and before 8:00 <br /> a.m., before 10:00 a.m. on Sunday,nor after 8:00 p.m. on December 24. <br /> (b) No off sale shall be made before 8:00 a.m. nor after 10:00 p.m. of any day, nor <br /> after 8:00 p.m. on December 24. No off sales shall be made on Sundays, Thanksgiving <br /> Day or Christmas Day. <br /> (c) No person holding an off sale license for an exclusive liquor store shall, either <br /> directly or indirectly, suffer or permit such place to remain open for the transaction of any <br /> business at any other time than that prescribed in this Section for the sale of intoxicating <br /> liquor. <br /> Section 7. Hours of Sale 3.2% malt liquor. <br /> (a) No sale of 3.2% malt liquor shall be made on any Sunday between the hours of <br /> 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 Noon, except, as may otherwise be permitted under a valid Sunday <br /> license. No sale shall be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any <br /> weekday, Monday through Saturday inclusively. <br /> (b) No owner or proprietor of any premises for which an on sale intoxicating liquor <br /> license has been granted shall directly or indirectly permit upon such premises the sale, <br /> dispensing or furnishing of 3.2%malt liquor at any time during Sunday except as <br /> �' permitted under a valid Sunday license. <br /> Section 8. Hours for consumption, service, etc., of alcoholic beverages at on sale <br /> licensed premises. <br /> (a) On any licensed on sale premises, no person shall consume or furnish to another <br /> person any alcoholic beverage in that period from one hour after sales of alcoholic <br /> beverages on such premises are required by law to cease until the time at which sales of <br /> alcoholic beverages on such premises are next allowed by law to begin. <br /> (b) No person in charge of licensed on sale premises shall allow another person to <br /> consume any alcoholic beverages on such premises in that period from one hour after <br /> sales of alcoholic beverages on such premises are required by law to cease until the time <br /> at which sales of alcoholic beverages on such premises are next allowed by law to begin. <br /> (c) No licensee, manager or employee of any place for which any on sale license has <br /> been issued shall allow any patron to leave the licensed premises with any drink or open <br /> container of alcoholic beverages. <br /> (d) No person shall leave any on sale licensed premises with any drink or open <br /> container of alcoholic beverages. <br /> Page 5 <br />
