Tim stated that he did not complete
the plan because of budget concerns and the highway concerns. He also
explained that the impetus for having a plan done was based on the
expansion of the industrial park and the possible relocation of the spray
irrigation fields. Tim Houle stated that the purpose for looking at a facility
use plan is now related to growth and capacity. He noted the sewer
system in 2010 was at less than 50% capacity. He stated that with this
capacity, the City could add about 200 residential connections or 155
Commercial customers.
