Requirements <br />✓ Applications must be received by the Initiative Foundation by March 7, 2011. TWO (2) <br />COP/ES OF ALL MATER/ALS MUST BE /NClUDED. PHOTOGRAPHS MUST <br />`-- ACCOMPANY EACH COPY AND MUST BE AFF/XED TO OR PR/NTED ON A <br />SHEET OF PAPER OR /NS/DE OF A PLAST/C SLEEVE AND PROPERLY <br />IDENT/FIED. Award recipients will be notified by March 31, 2011. <br />\.. <br />� <br />✓ Award recipients are required to attend an orientation session with Valspar <br />representatives in Little Falls in April 2011 (date to be determined) to discuss technical <br />aspects of the project, make decisions on paint color selections and finalize project <br />details. <br />✓ Award recipients are expected to provide transportation to pick up materials awarded <br />by June 1, 2011 from one of the Valspar paint warehouses located in Plymouth and St. <br />Paul.
