Buyer shall have completed at the cost of Buyer on or <br /> before January 15, 2004 a report of UCC Searches made of the Uniform <br /> Commercial Code records of the Secretary of State of Minnesota and <br /> Crow Wing County records, made by said Secretary of State and County <br /> employees, or by a search firm acceptable to Buyer. Any UCC filings <br /> regarding any of the Property must be released or satisfied by Seller prior <br /> to or at Closing. <br /> D. Testing/inspection. Buyer shall have determined, on or before January <br /> 15, 2004, that Buyer, in Buyer's sole discretion, is satisfied with the <br /> results of Buyer's inspection and matters disclosed by soil tests,well tests, <br /> engineering inspections, ha2ardous waste and environmental reviews of <br /> the Property,all such tests,inspections and reviews to be obtained at <br /> Buyer's sole cost and expense. Septic System. As of the date of closing, the existing on-site sewer <br /> system shall meet or exceed all city, county and state codes_ <br /> G, Road and Utilities_ Buyer shall have determined, on or before January <br /> 15, 2004, that the Property is serviced by all necessary utilities in order to <br /> support Buyer's proposed facility and other improvements and that all <br /> road systems necessary to adequately service Buyer's proposed <br /> improvements are,or will be, constructed and that Buyer will have <br /> satisfactory access thereto. <br /> Ftnanctpg; Buyer shall have obtained at its sole cost and expense on or <br /> before January 15,2004 a commitment for the sale of bonds to purchase <br /> said Property. <br /> , I.
