The plan shall include a mandatory site visit by the Design Review Team <br />� prior to any clearing of vegetation or limbing of trees to determine <br />amount to be cleared or limbed when first unit is built on the point. <br />c. The vegetation enhancement plan shall be reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission. The plan will be revised as directed by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />d. Following review and revision as directed by the Planning Commission, <br />the vegetation enhancement plan shall be accepted by the Planning <br />Commission and then become a controlling document for the <br />development. <br />� <br />� <br />Of the specific items required in the vegetation plan, the only one not evident is the <br />implementation schedule. This is of greatest concern for the screening adjacent to Lots <br />46 and 45. There should be some type of amendment made to this plan that indicates a <br />schedule for when this screening will be completed relating to the construction of those <br />units. <br />The same premise would hold in regards to screening adjacent to the storage units. <br />We have reviewed the vegetation plan and, beyond these comments on the <br />implementation schedule, do not have any other concerns or recommended changes. The <br />Planning Commission has the ability to direct any changes that members want to see <br />with this plan. <br />Finding,�. Land Surveyor Concurrence <br />The applicant has yet to provide a plat check, which is a routine and non-controversial <br />document, but nonetheless, it needs to be produced. <br />If the Planning Commission is able to vote in favor of all of the subparts of finding of <br />fact #i as written and the applicant presents a plat check consistent with finding #5, <br />there is no reason to delay a vote recommending approval of the final plat. <br />Pequot Lakes Staff Report <br />May i9, 2oii <br />4�a) - 7 <br />
