This labor, therefore, will be donated at no charge. <br />Educational & promotional: There will be several announcements in the local weekly <br />newspaper, The Echo, that will be at no charge. One will be <br />a public service announcement telling of the grant and <br />another will be in The Mayor's Column talking about the <br />parks, the new bike racks, and the desire to make Pequot <br />Lakes a "Bike Friendly Community." <br />Equipment and supplies: This appears to be the only area where there will be expenses <br />involved. <br />Gildner Park (Neighborhood) —1 coil bike rack to hold 6 bikes @$448 plus tax & <br />shipping = $448 <br />Sibley Lake Park (Neighborhood) —1 coil bike rack to hold 8 bikes @$507 plus tax & <br />shipping = $507 <br />Trailside Estates Park (Neighborhood) —1 coil bike rack to hold 6 bikes @$448 plus tax <br />& shipping = $448 <br />
