At that point there will be a good feel for <br />options to improve traffic flow. The actual site improvements will take place in <br />the summer of 2012. Discussion was held about how this coordinates with the <br />C.R. 11 project and a concern about whether the school will be working <br />independently or in coordination with the County Road 11 project. <br />Pepuot Lakes <br />• The Study should include the entire length of County Road 11 (including <br />Front Street) <br />• Traffic Movement <br />� • Pedestrian Movement <br />• Intersection at Government Drive and C.R. 11 (Turn lanes, etc.) <br />� Parking on C.R. 11 <br />� Width of C.R. 11 <br />• Location of Curb Lines <br />• Alternative Parking <br />• Bike Movement <br />• Possible Commercial Zoning on the South Side and Existing Commercial <br />Zoning on North Side (in relation to transportation needs) <br />• C.R. 11 will be the Entrance to Pequot Lakes <br />• Future sewer and water infrastructure needs along C.R. 11 <br />Crow Wing Countv <br />• Traffic Projections <br />• Land Use Projections <br />• If a consultant is hired, the iirst need is the traffic situation at Eagleview <br />• Bicycle Friendly Community (Chamber of Commerce) <br />� <br />
