Call Meeting to Order <br /> Chair Anderson called the meeting together at 4:00 p.m. <br /> 2. Approve Park Board Minutes <br /> COMMISSIONER JURCHEN MOVED TO APPROVE THE APRIL 12, <br /> 2007 PARK BOARD MINUTES. COMMISSIONER TWEED SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 3. Discuss Proposed Improvements to the Bobber Tower Park <br /> Wells Fargo contacted Mike Loven and offered to do the following <br /> improvements to the Bobber Tower Park property: add stairway for picnic <br /> bench's, put in a sprinkler system, remove old building beside the tower <br /> and add tree's. Mike Loven stated electricity could be put in two different <br /> ways, either underground for approximately $1 ,000 or has it run from an <br /> existing pole for free. <br /> MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER TWEED TO INSTALL THE <br /> POWER UNERGROUND. COMMISSIONER JURCHEN SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER TWEED TO ACCEPT <br /> WELL'S FARGO'S OFFER TO REMOVE THE BUILDING. SECONDED <br /> BY CHAIR ANDERSON. MOTION CARRIED 3 — 0. <br /> Discussion was held regarding the Paul Bunyan theme. It was decided <br /> that because of the size of the bobber, the theme should be consistent <br /> with Paul Bunyan. <br /> Discussion was held regarding the cost & height of the chair. It was <br /> suggested to only put in the chair this year and add other amenities later. <br />
