Grant Opportunity — Update from Sandy Peine <br /> Sandy informed the Board of the Hamburger Helper grant web-site and <br /> stated that the more people that enter their comments on web-site as to <br /> why we need the grant, the better chance we have of getting it. <br /> 8. Sibley Park Picnic Shelter <br /> Mike Loven gave an estimate from UBC of$950 for materials and <br /> approximately $150 for dump fees. <br /> MOTION MADE BY TRUDY JURCHEN TO PURCHASE THE <br /> MATERIALS FROM UBC. SECONDED BY FAYE TWEED. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 9. Other Business <br /> Discussed taking the lights out of the trees in the park. Mike Loven stated <br /> he will take them down. <br /> Discussed planting of plants. Chair Anderson will contact Bernice at <br /> Lakes Bank. <br /> Discussed the concern of no electricity at the Bobber Park. Chair <br /> Anderson will check with Moonlighting Electrical Company to see what it <br /> would cost to install electricity at the park. Mike Loven will check with the <br /> power company. <br /> 10. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COMMISSIONER TWEED MOVED TO <br /> ADJOURN.
