1. Capture, seize and deliver to any designated pound any dog running at <br />� large within the City of Pequot Lakes. <br />2. DOG HOUSES, FOOD AND WATER <br />l. As to dog houses, Minnesota Statute §343.40, is adopted by reference as if <br />fully set forth herein. <br />2. A dog must be provided with food and water of sufficient quantity and <br />quality to satisfy the animal's needs. <br />Section 9-2.5. ANIMALS RiTNNING AT LARGE <br />No dog shall be permitted to run at large within the limits of the City. <br />`► Section 9-2.6. IMPOUNDING OF DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE <br />� <br />The designated Animal Control Officer may take up and impound any dog found running <br />at large within the City of Pequot Lakes. If the animal is wearing a tag for the current <br />license � en riod, then the Animal Control Officer shall mail notice of impoundment to <br />the owner, within twenty-four (24) hours of said impoundment, the notice to be sent to <br />the owner at the address given to the City Clerk's office at the time the tag is obtained. A <br />dog so impounded shall be held by the pound master for a minimum of seven (7) days, <br />and may be reclaimed by its owner within that time by payment to the pound master of <br />the �e impounding fees, <br />Section 9-2.7. LICENSING; PROCEDURE: FEES <br />1. License required. No dog, six (6) months of age or older, may be kept <br />within the City of Pequot Lakes unless a license therefore shall iirst be secured. <br />Licenses shall be issued by the City Clerk, upon payment by the applicant of the <br />fees fixed by the City Council. �: �l:,t,ii���� ���,;�°„�° ���°„*°r°�' a��-� �'��„ <br />�r.
