Other Business <br /> The Clerk informed the Commissioners that Faye Tweed has resigned <br /> from the Park Commission due to health reasons. The Commissioners <br /> were sorry to hear about the resignation. The Commissioners will seek <br /> someone to fill the vacancy. <br /> 6. Park Visits <br /> Trailside North Park <br /> • Need more swings for older children <br /> • Add some picnic tables <br /> • Move bike racks to outside perimeter of play area <br /> • Cut off the PVC pipe <br /> • Add a picnic table and some benches in the gazebo <br /> • Could use additional playground equipment such as monkey bars <br /> • Add a barbeque grill <br /> • Park sign indicating the hours of the park due to no lighting <br /> • Paint/stain gazebo <br /> Trailside Park <br /> • Define band stand according to previously discussed plans <br /> • Barbeque Grill by the picnic shelter <br /> • Flower gardens need to be tended <br /> The Commissioners indicated that the park plan for the Trailside Park <br /> provided by Chuck Marohn and Karen Ettesvold both merited further <br /> discussion. The Commissioners are aware that the park is actually owned <br /> by the DNR. It was the consensus to pursue the park plans that related to <br /> defining the band stand area. <br /> Bobber Park <br /> • Possibly add a barbeque grill <br /> • Refresh Babe's paint within the next year or two <br /> • Add flowers for the spring/summer <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COMMISSIONER BRUCH MOVED TO - <br /> ADJOURN THE MEETING. COMMISSIONER DOUGHTY SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />
