The <br />permit fees at issue now relate to the first three cabins (Lots 1-3) which are being moved on the <br />property #o a location r�ear the existing lodge where I previously had three eabins that have been torn <br />down because of their dilapidated condition. The three cabins that I am relocating will be removed <br />when construction of that phase of the development begins and, of course, permit fees will be payable <br />for all newly constructed units. <br />Since we are merely moving existing "units" on the property, I do not feel that it is equitable <br />to charge permit fees.
