The permits issued were to move <br />three cabins from that area down to the bottom of the hill, <br />relocating them to new lots within their Common Interest <br />Community Plat. <br />Our Minimum Permit Fee is $125.00, resulting in permit fees of <br />$375.00 for Mr. Steffens. It is necessary for the City to track the <br />activity taking place at Wilderness Resort in light of the scrutiny <br />from the neighbors and the Cullen Lakes Association.
