Page 3 Proposal for Trailside Park Seasonal Restroom Facility WIDSETH City of Pequot Lakes Ellett SMITH NOLTING WSN is proposing to work under an hourly agreement, in accordance with the attached 2015 fee schedule. We will only bill for design services as they are accrued. If the design and review process goes more efficiently and takes less time we will not bill any unused remaining fee amount. Reimbursable expenses would include construction document and large format printing if necessary, mileage and time associated with any special meetings. Our schedule is such that we could complete the work on the deliverables in about 4-6 weeks from the date of receiving a signed proposal, depending on the schedule for the design review meetings. Plan review timeline for Minnesota State Plumbing is typically 2-3 weeks. We understand that you will be reviewing this proposal at your March 12th Park Commission meeting. if you have questions or would like further information regarding our proposal we would be happy to provide you with it. If you are in agreement with our proposed scope of services, please sign and return one copy of this letter for our records. We appreciate the opportunity to serve the City.
