4. Barbara, Ruth and Susan Layman: We will be taking up this matter with <br /> the County through the Mayor's office once the first-of-the-year issues are <br /> out of the way. As per the Commission's direction,we are taking no <br /> action against the Layman(except to note the non-compliance in their file) <br /> and therefore this item is considered resolved. <br /> 5. Cathi McBryde: Chief Forsberg has made several unsuccessful attempts to <br /> contact Ms. McBryde, both in person and by telephone. <br /> 6. Lance Schmidt: Some of the debris has been removed, but this violation is <br /> far from resolved. We will contact them again to try and ascertain a time <br /> frame for completion. <br /> 7. David Watt: We may have more to report on Mr. Watt at the time of the <br /> meeting. The alarm has not yet been installed. <br /> 8. Joseph and Deborah Hallbeck: There has been no response to our previous <br /> mailings, although some of the debris has been removed. We will contact <br /> them again to determine their timeframe from completing the cleanup. <br /> 9. Babinski—We are at somewhat of a larger impasse with Mr. Babinski <br /> than simply the fence, although that is the item referred to as a violation. <br /> We will continue to work with Mr. Babinski regarding this item and other <br /> permitting items. <br /> 10. Rudbeck—Mr. Rudbeck owes the City $3,010.60 for an after-the fact <br /> building permit. <br /> 11. Carl Wilson—Mr. Wilson has removed the debris from his property, <br /> although two abandoned vehicles remain. We will contact Mr. Wilson <br /> again. <br /> 12. Larry Fyle—The initialized copy of the letter of understanding has not <br /> been received from Mr. Fyle. <br /> 13. Lee Holk—We sent a letter to Mr. Holk indicating that he needed to <br /> obtain a permit and that the construction he has done would need to <br /> conform to side-yard setbacks. We have not heard back from Mr. Holk. <br /> 14. Gary and Jaculin Peterson—The Petersons have not made application for <br /> the necessary permits. Staff has requested application by January 12, <br /> 2004. <br /> 15. Linda Swenson—The August 11, 2003 Letter of Understanding stated that <br /> the debris would be burned by December 15, 2003.
