Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. December Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Brian and Alison Evenson, 32890 Evenson Road, building permit for a <br /> new home. <br /> 2. Monica Sergent, 30587 South Oak Street, building permit for a new home <br /> and garage. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following letters of correspondence since <br /> i the last meeting: <br /> 1. December 10 letter to Ronald Euerle requesting his timeframe for <br /> completing new home and demolition of home on Lot 5. <br /> 2. December 10 letter to Carl and Colleen Smith enclosing application for <br /> Final Plat of First Addition Trail View Townhouses. <br /> 3. December 16 letter to Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Brawley advising them of the <br /> approval of their metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> 4. December 19 letter to Doug Junker enclosing a Subdivision application. <br /> 5. January 2 letter to Penny Colwell, The Enchanted Cottage,thanking her <br /> for removing the portable sign placed without a permit and in violation of <br /> the Ordinance. <br /> 6. January 2 letter to Linda Swenson requesting timeframe for burning <br /> debris. <br /> 7. January 2 letter to Carl Wilson requesting timeframe for removing <br /> abandoned vehicles. <br /> 8. January 2 letter to Gary and Jaculin Peterson requesting application for <br /> permits after Cease and Desist issued. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. David Swenson: Chief Forsberg spoke with Mr. Swenson regarding the <br /> abandoned vehicles. Mr. Swenson agreed to remove the vehicles. Three <br /> a_ vehicles and the pontoon remain. <br /> j2. Olgerts Vijums: Mr. Vijums spoke with Mr. Marohn and has agreed to <br /> have his ISTS design submitted by July 1, 2004 and possibly have the new <br /> r 1STS installed by that date. <br /> 3. John E. MacGibbon: The Planning Commission has instructued us to turn <br /> this matter over to the City Attorney. We have not had a chance to meet <br /> with the Attorney yet, but look to do so soon. We have not heard from <br /> Mr. MacGibbon. <br /> January 2004 Staff Report Page 14 <br />
