and assigns,their guests and invitees, a perpetual easement over, across and upon that portion of the <br /> Volk and Richards Parcel more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "C" (hereinafter <br /> "Easement Parcel A") for driveway purposes, to provide pedestrian and vehicular ingress to and <br /> egress from the Klatt Parcel. <br /> 2. Volk and Richards hereby grant to the owners of the Klatt Parcel, their successors <br /> and assigns, their guests and invitees, a temporary easement over, across and upon that portion of <br /> the Volk and Richards Parcel more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "D" (hereinafter <br /> "Easement Parcel B"), for driveway purposes, to provide pedestrian and vehicular ingress to and <br /> egress from the Klatt Parcel. <br /> 3. The parties agree that the owners of the Volk and Richards Parcel shall have the <br /> right to reasonably designate which portions of Easement Parcel B may be used by the Owners of <br /> the Klatt Parcel, provided that the portions so designated must provide reasonable vehicular and <br /> pedestrian access between the Klatt Parcel and the public road known as Wilderness Road. The <br /> parties agree that the public road know as Wilderness Road is not located on the Volk and Richards <br /> Parcel, and any reference to or sign indicating that the temporary easement over the Volk and <br /> Richards Parcel is"Wilderness Road"is not the"public road"herein mentioned. <br /> 4. The parties agree that upon the request of the owners of the Volk and Richards <br /> Parcel, the Owners of the Klatt Parcel will execute and deliver such documentation as may be <br /> necessary to confine the area of Easement Parcel B which is subject to the easement hereby granted, <br /> provided that such area is similar in nature and provides reasonable vehicular and pedestrian access <br /> between the Klatt Parcel and Wilderness Road. <br /> 5. The temporary Easement granted pursuant to paragraph 2 hereof, over, across and <br /> upon Easement Parcel B shall expire and terminate as of the date High Pine Street, as dedicated in <br />
