7. Joseph and Deborah Hallbeck: The Hallbecks have sold the property and <br /> the display cases have been removed. We consider this matter resolved. <br /> 8. Babinski: There has been no progress with Mr. Babinski on removing the <br /> barbed wire fence adjacent to the school playground. Councilor Tom <br /> Ryan and Councilor Justin Bolz-Andolshek are working with Mr. <br /> Babinski on a building application that, ostensibly,would include <br /> resolution of the barbed-wire fence issue. <br /> 9. Rudbeck—The City Council has forwarded this matter to the City <br /> Attorney to bring legal action against Mr. Rudbeck in small claims court. <br /> 10. Larry Fyle—Staff will continue to monitor the outside storage. We <br /> consider this matter resolved. <br /> 11. Lee Holk—We sent a letter to Mr.Holk indicating that he needed to <br /> obtain a permit and that the construction he has done would need to <br /> conform to side-yard setbacks. We have not heard back from Mr. Holk. <br /> We will contact him again in the coming days. <br /> 12. Gary and Jaculin Peterson—Staff has determined that the gazebo is not <br /> within the shoreline setback and will contact the Petersons to make <br /> application for a permit for the gazebo. <br /> 13. Linda Swenson—We consider this matter resolved. <br /> 14. Andrew Boldt—Mr. Schaefer has the adjoining lot for sale and this issue <br /> will be revisited when the lot is sold. <br /> 15. Tim Crist—Staff will continue to monitor. We consider this matter <br /> resolved. <br /> 16. Steve Johnsen—Mr. Johnsen has constructed a treehouse within the <br /> shoreline setback. Mr. Johnsen contacted Staff and will move the <br /> treehouse outside the setback by July 15, 2004. <br /> 17.Jean Brown—Mrs. Brown had the Fire Department burn her house. There <br /> were three appliances left at the curb and there was debris that needed to <br /> be cleared from the lot. The appliances have been removed. Staff will <br /> contact her regarding the remaining debris. <br /> 18. Roger Langenbau—Refuse and debris is visible from the Paul Bunyan <br /> Trail. Mr. Langenbau reported that all of that refuse and debris had been <br /> placed along the bank by the previous owner. <br /> May 2004-Staff Report Page 6 <br />
