Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. April Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Pequot Lakes Housing and Redevelopment Authority,West Grove Street, <br /> 8-unit Planned United Development. <br /> 2. Greg and DeNel Richert,31239 County Road 112, a permit for a storage <br /> shed. <br /> 3. Jeff Oelke,28748 Hurtig Road,a permit for a new garage. <br /> 4. Randy Loukota, 31109 Bell Avenue,a permit for a fence. <br /> 5. Arthur Moore, 30639 Old Highway 371, a permit for a deck. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following letters of correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. April 8 letter to Jean Brown,regarding exterior storage. <br /> 2. April 12 letter to John Barthel regarding exterior storage and junk cars. <br /> 3. April 12 letter to Roger Langenbau regarding exterior storage. <br /> 4. April 12 letter to Carl Wilson regarding exterior storage. <br /> 5. April 12 letter to Carl and Colleen Smith regarding Final Plat approval. <br /> 6. April 13 letter to Samuel Kantos regarding his Conditional Use Permit. <br /> 7. April 19 letter to Darrell Lake regarding his site plan. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. David Swenson: The pontoon remains. Central Minnesota Housing is <br /> negotiating with Mr. Swenson to purchase this lot. <br /> 2. Olgerts Vijums: Mr. Vijums has submitted a design for a holding tank. <br /> Staff will continue to work with the designer for a complete ISTS. <br /> 3. John E. MacGibbon: We are working with the City Attorney to sort out <br /> the ownership information for this property. <br /> 4. Cathi McBryde: This matter has been turned over to the prosecuting <br /> attorney. <br /> 5. Lance Schmidt: The renter continues to work in the yard. Staff will <br /> monitor progress. <br /> 6.
