14. Johnathan and Theresa Acosta—Their lawn has been mowed. At the time <br /> this report was prepared, they had not made application to extend their <br /> permit. <br /> 15. Rodney and Janice Johnson—The Johnson's have not made application <br /> for a permit for the large storage containers at the time this report was <br /> prepared. <br /> 16. Harold H. Buschmann—Mr. Buschmann contacted staff regarding his <br /> abandoned vehicles. Grant Walker has agreed to assist Staff. Staff is <br /> trying to set an appointment to have Mr. Walker meet with Mr. <br /> Buschmann. <br /> 17. Lakes State Bank—David Elsenpeter responded to the potential violation <br /> letter. Only a few people have asked permission to park vehicles for sale <br /> on the vacant lot. The Bank plans to begin construction within 60 to 90 <br /> days. The Police Department will contact vehicle owners to remove them. <br /> 18. Virgil Dahl— Staff will continue to monitor his progress. <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance, which we anticipate having ready for <br /> review soon: <br /> 19. Curt Pestello: This violation is still on hold pending our new sign <br /> ordinance. <br /> 20. Dean Visser: We have contacted Mr. Visser about a potential sign <br /> violation. This issue has been put on hold until the sign ordinance issue <br /> has been resolved. <br /> August 2004 Staff Report Page 13 <br />
