Right of Way line of State Highway number 371 as said highway is <br /> described in Final Certificate filed April 8th, 1953 in Book 117 of Deeds, <br /> Page 491 and which lies Westerly of a line 500.00 feet Easterly of and <br /> parallel with, the Easterly Right of Way line of State Highway Number 371 <br /> as said highway is described in Final Certificate filed April 8th, 1953 in <br /> Book 117 of Deeds, Page 491. (Being a 500.00 foot strip of land.) <br /> AND <br /> All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br /> 3, Township 136, Range 29 West lying North of a line 700 feet South of <br /> the South line of the tract of land conveyed in Book 200 of Deeds Page <br /> 286 to the Minnesota Power and Light Company and lying South of the <br /> South line of the tract of land conveyed to the Minnesota Power and Light <br /> Company in Book 200 of Deeds Page 286, that lies East of the East Right <br /> of Way line of State Highway#371 as said highway is described in Final <br /> Certificate filed April 8th, 1953 in Book 117 of Deeds Page 491 and that <br /> also lies West of a line 300 feet East of, and parallel with, the East Right of <br /> Way line of State Highway#371 as said highway is described in Final <br /> Certificate filed April 8th, 1953 in Book 117 of Deeds page 491. <br /> 2. Municipal Board Jurisdiction: That upon approval by the respective <br /> governing bodies of the City and Township, this Joint Resolution and <br /> Agreement shall confer jurisdiction upon the Minnesota Office of Strategic <br /> and long range Planning. <br /> 3. No Alterations of Boundaries: The City and the Township mutually state <br /> that no alterations by the Municipal Board of the boundaries of the area <br /> designated herein for orderly annexation is appropriate. <br /> 4. Review and Comment by Municipal Board: The City and the Township <br /> mutually state that this Joint Resolution and Agreement sets forth all the <br /> conditions for annexation of the area designated herein for orderly <br /> annexation and that no consideration by the Municipal Board is necessary. <br /> The Municipal Board may review and comment, but shall, within thirty (30) <br /> days order annexation in accordance with the terms and conditions of this <br /> Joint Resolution and Agreement. <br /> 5. Authorization: The appropriate officers of the City and the Township are <br /> hereby authorized to carry the terms of this Joint Resolution and <br /> Agreement into effect. <br />
