2. Fences shall not exceed six(6) feet in height in residential districts or eight (8) <br /> feet in height in agricultural, commercial or industrial districts. Fences higher <br /> than these shall require a conditional use permit. <br /> 3. Any posts or similar structural members used in the construction of a solid board <br /> fence shall be constructed to face inward towards the property being fenced, so as <br /> not to be visible from adjacent properties. Fence designs which partially conceal <br /> posts and structural members such as alternating board and basket weave fences <br /> are exempt from this requirement. <br /> 4. In residential districts, fences in excess of 3 feet in height extending across front <br /> yards shall require a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> Section 70-070 Standards for Single and Two Family Dwellings and Property. <br /> The following standards shall apply to all single and two family dwelling units, unless <br /> specifically exempted: <br /> 1. All single and two family dwellings shall have a minimum floor area of five <br /> hundred (500) square feet. <br /> 2. All single and two family dwellings shall be attached to a permanent foundation, <br /> except manufactured homes in a manufactured home park. <br /> 3. All single and two family dwellings, except manufactured homes in a <br /> manufactured home park, shall have a minimum width of twenty(20) feet. <br /> 4. Not more than one principal residential structure shall be located on a lot, unless <br /> permitted by the district regulations, nor shall a principal residential building be <br /> located on the same zoning lot with any other principal building, except as may be <br /> permitted by Section 150 of this Ordinance relating to planned unit developments. <br /> Section 70-080 Accessory Structures. <br /> 1. No accessory building or structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to the <br /> construction of the principal building to which it is accessory, on lots zoned Rural <br /> Residential(RR) and Residential(R-1) without a conditional use permit. <br /> 2. No accessory building or structure, unless an integral part of the principal <br /> building, shall be constructed, altered, or moved within 10 feet of the principal <br /> building. <br /> 3.
