• <br /> 4. No adult use business shall be allowed within a one-thousand (1,000) foot radius <br /> of another adult use business. <br /> 5. An adult use shall not sell or dispense nonintoxicating or intoxicating liquors. <br /> 6. An adult use shall not engage in any activity or conduct or permit any person to <br /> engage in any activity or conduct in or about the adult use establishment which is <br /> prohibited by any ordinance of the Township of Sibley, Crow Wing County, the <br /> laws of the State of Minnesota or the United State of America. <br /> 7. No adult use shall be conducted in any manner that permits the observation from <br /> any property not approved as an adult use, of any materials depicting, describing <br /> or relating to "Specific Sexual Activities" or"Specific Anatomical Areas" by any <br /> visual or auditory media, including display, decoration, sign, show window, <br /> sound transmission or other means. <br /> 8. All adult uses shall prominently display a sign at the entrance and located within <br /> two (2) feet of the door-opening device of the adult use establishment or section <br /> of the establishment devoted to adult books or materials which states: "This <br /> business sells or displays material containing adult themes. No One Under 18 <br /> Allowed". Said sign shall have letters at least 3/8" in height. <br /> 9. No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises of an adult use <br /> establishment or be permitted access to material displayed or offered for sale or <br /> rent by an adult use establishment. <br /> Section 60-060 Landscape Standards. <br /> For new construction or additions/alterations, at least 10%of the land area shall be landscaped <br /> with grass, shrubs, trees or other approved ground cover and ornamental landscaping. All <br /> landscaped areas shall be maintained and kept free of weeds and debris. All areas not designated <br /> for buildings shall be graded to provide drainage and shall not drain unto abutting property. All <br /> areas not designated for structures, parking or driveways shall be landscaped and maintained. <br /> Landscaping shall be completed within 9 months of the end of development construction. <br /> Sibley Township Zoning Ordinance Article II 58 <br />
