MARCH 1, 20ll COUNCIL MEETING: <br />• Prior to the Council meetin�: <br />1. Job descriptions are completed. <br />• At the Council meetin�: <br />1. Council approves job descriptions. <br />2. Requests the Job Evaluation Committee to meet and review <br />points for each position and the pay scale for each. <br />3. Council determines makeup of those on the selection committee <br />(i.e. area police personnel, citizens, council member, city, <br />township representatives, etc. but not specific individuals). <br />APRIL 5, 2011 COUNCIL MEETING: <br />� <br />1. Job Evaluation Committee will present pay scale and <br />recommended pay range for positions. <br />2. Council will appoint selection/interview committee. <br />-, <br />3. Clerk will present Council with list of places where City will <br />advertise for the positions. <br />4.
