There are no physical constraints indicated on the property that would limit <br /> residential development or require significant alteration of the land for <br /> �-- residential development to proceed. <br /> 3. The minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet is exceeded for each lot proposed <br /> to contain a dwelling. <br /> 6. Each lots abuts Outlot G, which is to be owned by all of the property owners <br /> within the subdivision. Outlot G abuts 66-feet of public right-of-way, thus <br /> guaranteeing access to all property owners. <br /> 7.
