February 20, 2003
Johnathan Acosta
31102 Spruce Street
Pequot Lakes, MN 56472
Re: Notice of Violation
Dear Mr. Acosta,
Last year we met and discussed your permit for an addition and your timeframe for
completion.
Having recently viewed your property, it is apparent that what you have constructed on
your property is not the addition you were approved for, but an entirely new structure.
You are going to need to obtain an after-the-fact permit for all of the construction you
have done. Assuming everything you have done meets the provisions of the Ordinance,
we can issue you a permit. Unfortunately, there will be after-the-fact fees now applied to
your application.
Please contact Dawn Bitter at the zoning office as soon as possible so that you can get the
application forms and make your structure legal. We would look for you to do this
within the next 20 days.
Sincerely,
CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES
(A AL/6"-/—
Charles Marohn, PE
Planning and Zoning Administrator
Cc: Dawn Bittner, Zoning Clerk
Planning Commission
