They reviewed the Industrial Park zoning regulations and <br /> questioned the following: <br /> Section 15 . 11 what does "storage warehouses" encompass? <br /> Section 15 . 15c is color restriction necessary? <br /> Section 15 . 15e does this include trailers that are being filled with <br /> orders that may take a month or more to fill with those orders? <br /> Section 15 . 16c is a required number of loading berths necessary in the <br /> ordinance? <br /> Section 15 . 16m this requirement for curbing may be cost prohibitive . <br /> Section 15 . 18b isn' t this alot of required landscaping? <br /> Section 15 . 18c can this be changed to read "The entire area other than <br /> that occupied by structure or landscaping shall be surfaced as <br /> required in Section 15 . 17c which will control dust and <br /> drainage . <br /> Park Commission agreed to review the Industrial Pa k zonin g regulations <br /> at their next regular meeting. <br /> No action was taken on the request by Randy Rokala on dividing his lots <br /> and allowing him to leave the exiting cabin where it is and he would be <br /> building only one new house . Since this is not how his variance was <br /> granted the Commission tabled any action on this matter until their <br /> next regular meeting. <br /> Chris Nagel has requested information from the Commission regarding the <br /> ,_,construction of a sawmill in the Industrial Park. Larrie Nelson, PLADO <br /> representative stated he would contact Mr . Nagel and get more <br /> information regarding this development . <br /> The meeting was adjourned by Chairman M.
