RESOLUTION 11-05 ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM <br />DECEMBER 27, 2010 THROUGH JANUARY 20, 2011. <br />3.6. MOTION ACCEPTING SCORE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$18,000. <br />3.7. RESOLUTION 11-06 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />COOPERATAIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE OFFICE OF JUSTICE <br />PROGRAM. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br />3.3 Financial Statement - Council Member Ryan requested that there be two <br />changes to the financial report. He indicated that he had already <br />discussed these changes with Nancy Malecha and that they would be <br />implemented. <br />3.2. Pavment of Bills - Council Member Akerson had several questions relating <br />to the check register. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT AND THE PAYMENT OF BILLS. COUNCIL <br />`- MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />4. Open Forum <br />No one appeared for open forum. <br />5. Presentations <br />5.1. Business Subsidy Public Hearinq <br />Sheila Haverkamp of BLADC presented the revised Business Subsidy <br />Policy and the JOBZ addendum. She explained that the Economic <br />Development Commission has recommended approval of the policy. <br />Sheila noted that business subsidy policies are required according to state <br />statute. <br />Mayor Adams opened the public hearing. There being no one for or <br />against the matter, Mayor Adams closed the public hearing. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 11- <br />07 ADOPTING A POLICY AND CRITERIA FOR GRANTING BUSINESS <br />SUBSIDIES. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE <br />� MOTION. <br />
