There was concern regarding a property on County Road 112. The property <br /> had a large amount of garbage and old automobile bodies in the back yard. <br /> A decision was made to send the owner a letter regarding the violations. <br /> The issue was tabled for later discussion due to the absence of two <br /> Commission members. <br /> F. Martinson advised the Commission that there would not be a Planning & <br /> Zoning meeting in December. The Commission would be notified if any <br /> changes occur. <br /> STEVE VOSS— MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF <br /> TRANSPORTATION <br /> The Commission expressed they would be very interested in having Mr. Voss <br /> attend a future meeting to discuss the upcoming 4 lane highway. F. Martinson <br /> suggested a special meeting if Mr.Voss would require additional time. <br /> Martinson also mentioned that the City Council might be interested in <br /> attending the meeting. <br /> Deb Hallbeck arrived at 6:47p.m. She explained to the Commission that the <br /> tenants in the old church are interested in purchasing the building. Ms. <br /> Hallbeck added that her property did not have city sewer or water and the <br /> present septic system is on her property. An easement would be written to <br /> allow the new owners to use the septic and water as it exists until city sewer <br /> and water is available. At that time the new owners would agree to hook up <br /> to the city. <br /> Ms. Hallbeck requested a variance to proceed and have a survey done to see <br /> if it is possible to divide the property. <br /> MOTION BY J. THOMPSON AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN TO <br /> GRANT THE VARIANCE. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> F. Martinson discussed a letter that the Commission sent to Mr. Spizzo <br /> regarding the Breezy Point sign. Mr. Dave Gravdahl, the manager of Breezy <br /> `-- Point had contacted Martinson asking if a sign could be erected south of <br />
