The Commission Members discussed other possible violations that they had <br /> noticed in the Community. It was decided to have a letter of violation sent to <br /> each owner and or tenant of the properties. <br /> The Commission received a copy of a letter that Mayor Jack Schmidt had <br /> sent to the State Fire Marshal regarding the property located at 190 Gravdahl <br /> Drive. The letter requested that the Fire Marshal inspect the property, as it <br /> may fall within the definition of"Hazardous". <br /> NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There was discussion regarding the Partners 56472 Community Visioning. T. <br /> Saccoman encouraged the Commission Members to try to attend the <br /> meetings. <br /> OPEN FORUM <br /> F. Martinson informed the members that a Historical Preservation Committee <br /> was created by the City Council and that he was appointed to the Committee. <br /> MOTION BY G. WELU AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN THAT <br /> THE MEETING BE ADJOURNED AT 8:00p.m. MOTION CARRIED <br /> UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> G. Welu F. Martinson <br /> Secretary Chairman <br />
